Over the past few years, we have become increasingly aware that our success as a practice is dependent upon a close working relationship with a core group of clients. These clients realize that quality medicine for their horses requires not just a visit from their veterinarian, but a veterinary team that is committed to this end. This is a team that will consistently maintain and deliver the highest standards. We have “toyed” with the concept of a rewards or advantage program for these loyal clients. We are now pleased to present the Equine Medical Service Client Advantage Program.
This program was developed to offer products, services and pricing not normally available. We strive to include the most sought after benefits by utilizing not only our own strengths, but also our longstanding community and industry relationships. Our goal is to reward our clients and to continually improve our level of service.
